Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden shipping charges added at checkout.

Handling & Delivery Times

  • Handling time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from the date you order

Orders placed after our 2:00 PM (London, UK / GMT) cut-off begin processing the next business day.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you order, you will receive an email with your order number. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number you can follow on the carrier's website.

Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your destination.

International Orders & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local import rules before ordering.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete, accurate physical address. We are unable to guarantee delivery to incomplete addresses or P.O. boxes.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbours, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us with your order number and we will arrange a reshipment or refund.
